One or many NAS devices
Manage Synology first, followed by QNAP and TrueNAS, across one office or several locations.
Designed into the platform1ProNAS connects the storage your company already owns to one secure staff workspace. Monitor health, manage access, scan files, back up, archive, migrate and recover without exposing the NAS directly to the internet.
One operating layer for NAS devices, staff access, maintenance, protection, backup, archive, migration and company knowledge.
Manage Synology first, followed by QNAP and TrueNAS, across one office or several locations.
Designed into the platformGive staff a clean browser and mobile interface, with a planned mapped company drive and files on demand.
Designed into the platformScan locally where practical, quarantine suspicious files and stop unsafe changes from spreading.
Designed into the platformFind contracts, invoices, policies and project files by topic and meaning—not only by filename.
Designed into the platformAdd a new NAS, replace an old one, replicate remotely and verify the result before cutover.
Designed into the platformUse local disks, another NAS or approved cloud destinations with retention and restore verification.
Designed into the platformBusinesses should not need separate tools and manual procedures for every storage, access, security and migration task.
The current preview rotates through the planned workflow. A full product walkthrough video can replace or accompany it later.
Step 1 of 4
Pair a lightweight connector directly on each supported NAS. No fixed public IP or exposed NAS login is required.
Every supported NAS runs its own lightweight connector. It establishes an outbound encrypted session, reports device health and performs approved local operations.
The connector initiates an encrypted outbound session. SMB and NAS administration ports stay private.
Customer credentials, connector identities, metadata, indexes, jobs and audit records remain separated.
Suspicious files are held away from staff, sync, external sharing and AI indexing until reviewed.
Copy, move, sync and repair workflows preserve a known recovery path and require approval where needed.
One capacity recommendation requires review.
1ProNAS is designed to monitor connector health, storage capacity, scan engines, backups, indexes and transfer jobs. Safe automated actions can reconnect, retry, resume or rebuild without hiding what happened.
Staff can work with company-managed storage and connect approved OneDrive, Google Drive or Dropbox accounts without confusing who owns the information.
Software subscription only. Cloud backup capacity, managed migration, additional locations and heavy AI processing will be separate add-ons.
For a small office starting with secure NAS access and monitoring.
For a growing team with separate live and backup storage.
For multi-department storage, backup and archive workflows.
The complete launch package and 40-day trial tier.
For several NAS devices, offices and larger user environments.
Launch pricing is a proposal and may be refined before paid subscriptions open. Fair-use limits will apply to scanning, OCR, AI indexing, remote transfer and migration traffic.
1ProNAS is being designed around existing business storage—not around forcing every company file into another generic cloud drive.
Ask us on WhatsAppNo. Each NAS connector initiates an encrypted outbound connection to 1ProNAS. The design does not require public SMB, DSM access or normal port forwarding.
Yes. Every supported NAS has its own connector identity, while the customer sees all devices, sites, capacity, health and jobs in one dashboard.
Not by default. Original files can remain on the customer’s NAS. Tokyo holds the SaaS control plane, metadata, indexes and temporary processing data required by enabled features. Hybrid cloud copies are optional.
The planned staff experience includes a responsive web workspace, mobile-friendly access and a desktop agent for a mapped company drive and files on demand.
Yes. The Migration Centre is designed for assessment, initial copy, incremental sync, permission mapping, verification, final cutover and a rollback window.
Administrators can revoke active sessions and mapped-drive access, preserve company files, transfer ownership and review recent sharing, deletion and download activity.
No security tool can make that promise. 1ProNAS is designed to scan locally where practical, quarantine suspicious files, block unsafe propagation and recover a verified known-good version when available.
Reserve the planned 40-day Business Plus trial for up to four NAS devices and 50 staff. We will contact you when the pilot is ready.
