TERMS

1ProNAS Terms of Service

These draft terms define the responsibilities of clients, integrators and Axon during controlled production testing.

Controlled-production policy draft dated 3 August 2026. Final legal review and jurisdiction-specific amendments are required before unrestricted paid commercial launch.

1. Authorised use

You must be authorised to connect every NAS, server, share, cloud account and user included in your workspace. You are responsible for lawful data handling, user permissions, internal approvals and maintaining independent backups appropriate to your business.

2. Controlled-production status

The current service is offered for controlled production testing. Passwordless access, client onboarding and Stripe test billing may be tested, while native signed connectors, archive execution and unattended reclamation remain subject to separate release approval. Features labelled preview, pilot or pending must not be treated as generally available.

3. Client and integrator ownership

The client owns its tenant, data, connector identities, subscription and payment relationship. An Integrator / MSP account is free and receives only client-approved access. Integrator consulting, migration or managed-service fees are separate from the 1ProNAS software subscription.

4. Billing

Free Forever applies only while the tenant remains at exactly one NAS and one client user. Paid estimates are calculated server-side and activated only after verified Stripe events. Taxes, cloud storage, heavy AI processing, migration, custom development and dedicated infrastructure may be charged separately when agreed.

5. File-lifecycle safety

Clients must maintain recoverable backups. Read-only inventory and analysis precede any archive or reclaim function. No source-file removal should occur without verified copy evidence, policy revalidation, grace period, dry run and authorised approval. Unattended deletion remains disabled until specifically approved through production safety UAT.

6. Availability and support

Controlled production does not include an unrestricted uptime guarantee. Planned maintenance, provider incidents, security controls and emergency suspension may affect service. Any final SLA will be documented separately before general commercial launch.

7. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended for security risk, unlawful activity, non-payment, abuse or material breach. Client records will be handled according to the retention policy and applicable obligations. Suspending an integrator must not automatically delete or suspend the linked client tenant.
