The partner account has no subscription charge. Each client remains responsible for its own plan, NAS and user usage. Integrators can separately invoice clients for consulting, migration, maintenance or managed services outside the 1ProNAS billing engine.

Client-controlled delegation
Clients approve the relationship and decide which permissions are granted. They can revoke the integrator immediately without losing data or subscription history.

The client verifies email, activates or selects its tenant and accepts the relationship terms.
Client selects its subscription
The client chooses Free Forever or paid usage and enters its own billing details. The integrator pays no 1ProNAS platform fee.
Client grants permissions
Health and troubleshooting can be allowed while billing changes, archive approval and reclaim authorisation remain client-only by default.

Only named technicians can access that client, and every access event is audited.
